What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can store in your browser. Similar browser technologies can also remember preferences or support website features.
For a general introduction, see the ICO’s guide to cookies.
Our current website
The public website currently has no optional analytics or advertising trackers configured in its application. It does not store your enquiry details in a browser cookie or persistent local storage.
Navigation menus, search filters and enquiry drafts use temporary page state. Reloading a page may reset those choices. Infrastructure and hosting services can have separate technical behaviour; contact us if you need details about a particular browser item.
Enquiry and copy tools
Enquiry information stays in the page until you choose to open an email draft or copy it. Opening a draft passes the prepared content to your email application; you decide whether to send it.
The Copy Enquiry button writes the draft to your clipboard only when you select it. This action does not create a tracking cookie.
External services
Following a map link opens an external map service. Email links open your email application. These providers may use their own storage technologies under their own policies.
This page describes the public marketing website. A separately configured resident, manager or employee service may have its own session and storage requirements.
Your browser choices
Your browser settings let you inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking storage used by an external service may affect that service’s features.
There are no optional analytics or advertising preferences to enable on the current public site. If optional tracking is introduced, the policy and relevant controls will need to be updated before it is enabled.
